SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!
FLAT RATE SHIPPING (UK):
Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days using Royal Mail 2nd class standard postage. Flat rate shipping fee of £1.99 applies to orders shipping to the UK.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to all countries, except Europe and Northern Ireland (owing to the GPSR Laws effective from 13 December 2024).
Flat rate shipping fee of £4.49 applies to orders shipping to all international countries.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sewandbeauty@outlook.com with your order reference and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
